Fitness Log for April 29th 2013

Today was again a functional fitness day.

1. Hammer-Tyre swings 2 x 50 hits

2. Club swings left and right (30 each)

3. Log Carry 2 x 4 minutes

4. Box Jumps – 50 jumps

5. Reptilian Crawls – 3 minutes

No pauses in between exercises. Totally whacked by the end. The box jumps are brutal, only managed 25 jumps in a row before having to pause. Have to practice the club-swings though…they’re not easy…
